Toronto, March 19, 2020—Varicent Software, the leading provider of next generation Sales Performance Management (SPM), has deepened its executive leadership with the addition of Robert Levine as chief financial officer (CFO) and Karoline Chan as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Mr. Levine and Ms. Chan join the company’s founders, Marc Altshuller, Neil Whitney, and Matt Whitney in expanding the management team and finalizing the company’s relaunch.

Robert Levine was most recently CFO at Sigma Systems, a global enterprise software company where he was responsible globally for finance and accounting, legal, corporate development, compliance, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to Sigma Systems, he played leadership roles and gained experience in M&A, private equity, and capital markets with BMO and Deutsche Bank.
Prior to joining Varicent, Karoline Chan was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Global Payments Inc. There, she was responsible for HR for the company’s Canadian division, HR for the global Technology business, and overall Talent Management, HR Employee Communication, and Change Management. In her leadership role at Global Payments, she built global HR strategy and led organizational transformations. Prior to Global Payments, Karoline led Human Resources with BMO and Fidelity Investments.
