Natascha Garmendia is Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Sales Performance Management at Dell Technologies. With more than 20 years of experience leading global sales operations, business transformation, and AI-enabled planning initiatives, she specializes in building scalable operating models that drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and business innovation.
Simon Mitchell is WW Head of Business Operations for AWS Global Sales, where he leads three global organisations spanning business operations, GTM engineering and customer optimization. He owns the operational cadence that drives sales effectiveness, forecasting and execution across gets. Before AWS, Simon held COO, sales and sales operations leadership roles at Capita plc and DXC Technology, as well as building inside sales functions from scratch and driving multi billion dollar pipeline growth. He is a vocal advocate for using GenAI to automate operational workflows at scale. Outside of work, Simon serves as a Trustee and Vice President of The United Synagogue, one of the largest religious organisations in Europe.
Curtis brings two decades of experience optimizing sales and marketing strategy for companies ranging from Fortune 100 enterprises to high-growth mid-market teams. He's held leadership roles at Oracle and Gartner, and now leads Research and Insights at Varicent, equipping revenue leaders with the data to design smarter go-to-market strategies.
