As the Vice President of Sales, your primary function is to increase sales revenue and improve profitability – you feel pressure to show growth quarter-over-quarter, year-over-year. You need to understand past sales performance to accurately predict the organization’s future sales performance.
You are focused on the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including sales pipeline and reporting accurate sales forecasting to board members and executive management.
