Varicent Provides CCH Small Firm Services With Increased Employee Performance Compliance And Time Savings

(Toronto, ON) – Varicent announced today that CCH Small Firm Services (SFS), a leading provider of tax and accounting solutions to 42,000 professional firms and tax assistance sites, has deployed Varicent across their organization. SFS sought to automate their sales performance management processes for many different compensation plans with various unique payout components.

Like many organizations, SFS needed to migrate from an Excel based system to a solution that would automate commission calculations and yield significant administrative time-savings and compliance benefits.   Furthermore, the company wanted a way to simply manage their compensation costs through modeling and forecasting capabilities to understand the impact of their variable pay programs. Varicent offered a scalable, cost effective solution that fit their requirements.

“With Varicent, our sales team can access their compensation information on demand, in real time and in a user-friendly manner,” said Rusty Tillman, Vice President of Customer Experience at CCH Small Firm Services.  “Another big benefit for us was we now have visibility and controls that we need to automate, track and control payment disputes.”

Varicent delivers comprehensive incentive compensation management software in the cloud. By automating administration processes including data integration from disparate systems, calculating commissions and distributing personalized reports, Varicent allows organizations to streamline compensation processes with minimal IT involvement.  Additionally, Varicent offers integration with various CRM systems including salesforce.com. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SugarCRM.

“CCH intends to expand their business, therefore they knew they needed an incentive compensation solution that could scale,” said Mike Meisenheimer, Director of Industry Solutions, Varicent.   “Varicent provided SFS a solution that met their needs today, but will also scale with them as their business changes.”
