Sales Incentives Leader Maritz Selects Varicent to Align Sales Behavior with Corporate Objectives
November 9, 2011 (Toronto, ON) – Varicent Software Incorporated, the leading innovator in incentive compensation (ICM) and sales performance management (SPM) solutions, announced today that St. Louis-based Maritz, a leading sales and marketing services company, has selected Varicent to manage its internal sales incentive compensation processes. Maritz valued Varicent’s approach to the compensation component of the total rewards spectrum for its own sales force and will utilize Varicent’s software solution for incentive compensation process automation, as well as modeling and forecasting the impact of variable pay programs.
