April 16, 2012 (San Francisco, CA) – Varicent announced today that it has been chosen by Madisa, Mexico’s largest distributor of Caterpillar equipment, to manage its sales performance management processes. Madisa operates 37 branches with over 2,000 employees. 

On the heels of a full redesign of their compensation plans, Madisa was seeking a solution to automate sales commissions and to streamline payouts.  “Our existing system was Excel based and limited in its capacity to support our new plans scheme,” said Javier Quiroga, HR Director, Madisa. “The Varicent team instilled a sense of confidence in their ability to meet our organizational dash-boarding needs, and they offered local support and access, which reassured us that customer service, was a top priority.”
