(Toronto, ON) – Varicent Software Incorporated, a leader in incentive and sales performance management (SPM) solutions, today announced that Financial Planning Group International, a leading national financial services provider, has purchased Varicent's Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution, Varicent SPM v1.6. Financial Planning Group International will use Varicent SPM to manage its incentive and commission pay calculations for both its inside and direct sales teams.

Financial Planning Group International recognized the need to reset the strategic goals of the sales force while not imposing inappropriate sales compensation tactics on them. They chose the Varicent SPM solution because of its ability to enhance communication with the sales force, easily design compensation new strategies, and manage complex compensation calculations with its patented rules-based engine.
