Rick Vaughan is Varicent’s Vice President of Global Services.  In his role, Rick leads Varicent’s worldwide client services offerings, including Varicent and partner professional services, client training and implementation engagements.  Prior to joining Varicent, Rick spent ten years with PeopleSoft/Oracle, most recently as Group Vice President of Oracle Consulting.  He has extensive services and project delivery experience in the U.S. and in Europe.
