Martin Saipe, serving as Vice President of Corporate Development, develops and implements Varicent’s plans for corporate growth.  Prior to joining Varicent, Martin served in legal roles with the Bank of Nova Scotia, Alliance Atlantis Communications and Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Western Ontario, an MBA and a law degree from the University of Toronto.
