CFO

Donna de Winter is responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, infrastructure and human resources and as part of the management team she is also an active participant in developing and executing Varicent’s strategy.

Ms. de Winter brings extensive expertise in the technology sector and enterprise software in particular.  She most recently served as President of Global Knowledge Canada following its acquisition of Nexient Learning Inc., Canada’s largest corporate training provider.  Ms. de Winter joined Nexient in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and was named President and CEO in June 2008.  Prior to her tenure at Nexient, de Winter held CFO and senior finance positions at Geac Computer Corporation Ltd., Platform Computing Corporation, Digital Processing Systems Inc., and Polyphalt Inc.
