As Vice President, Customer Success, Beth Carroll is responsible for managing both the Customer Support and Hosting groups to ensure the continued delivery of high quality service and customer care.  Prior to serving in this capacity, Beth was the Director, Global Services at Varicent and before that, held senior level management and consulting positions with Oracle Corporation and PeopleSoft Inc.
