Registration Fees for INSIGHT12

Early Bird and Regular Rates:

• Early Bird rate until February 10, 2012 - $1,099/pp

• Regular rate after February 10, 2012 - $1,399/pp

Group Discount Rates:

•  Group rate - $999/pp

Registration fees include scheduled meal functions and attendance at conference events, sessions and keynotes. Fees do not include accommodations, travel or hotel incidentals.

The following option can be added to your registration:

Guest Pass:

• Guest rate - $250/pp

A guest pass can only be purchased by conference registrants. Please note that companions are not permitted to attend conference sessions. Purchasing a guest pass provides your guest access to the following events:

• Guest admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday April 15

• Guest admission to the Varicent Party on Monday April 16

Cancellations/Refunds:

Substitutions will be gladly accepted at any time. Cancellations made prior to January 31, 2012 will be fully refunded. February 1 – April 12, 2012, conference cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be available after April 12, 2012.  All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing by email and sent to Christine Matla at cmatla@varicent.com.
