Purpose of Position:
As a business consultant for Varicent software, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our software product at our client's workplace. You will rely on your leadership, project management and business communication skills to work with senior executives on deploying their Sales Performance Management solution.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel weekly, typically Sunday through Friday
  
• Resident of, and legally entitled to work in Canada
  
• Allowed entry to the United States
  
• Highest proficiency in the English language
  
• Canadian or International Drivers license

Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to effectively interface with senior management, dealing with unexpected issues and changing priorities. Enjoys solving challenging problems with a high degree of patience. Command confidence when working with new teams, even when other members are senior executives. Team player, as >75% of work will require group input and thought. Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced abilities in MS Excel. Ability to train and present your knowledge to all levels in an organization.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of relational database systems
  
• Previous software implementation experience
  
• Experience with managing or calculating variable compensation
