Survey Findings: Driving ROI Through Sales Operations Excellence

Varicent and Mercer have launched a series of surveys designed to determine how companies can optimize their sales investments. The first installment focused on four key areas: Which sales operations related levers have the biggest impact on productivity? (i.e. sales productivity analytics and reporting, pipeline management, quota planning, etc.) Who is responsible for the various processes? (i.e. finance, HR, IT, marketing, sales, etc.) How well are your processes working? What tools are you using? The Mercer/Varicent survey ran from January 25th to February 24th, 2012 and the results were discussed in a webinar on March 22, 2012. These are the summary findings.
